Our guidelines are in place to ensure that we can continue to provide a great ice house and a great ice fishing experience to our valued customers. Please help us so we can help you. Thank you!


Payment

  • We require a 50% rental deposit for each ice house at time of booking along with a $100 damage deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received, the deposit will be forfeited and the trip will be cancelled. This allows us an opportunity to get the rental re-booked. We hope you understand that is part of doing business.

  • A minimum of a $100 cleaning fee will be charged for units not left in the same condition as when you arrived.

  • If you need to rebook or cancel your trip, we offer free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. Please notify us 14 days or more in advance and we will help you to rebook or refund your deposit.

  • We will allow move dates or cancellations due to poor ice conditions as determined by our team.

Damage

Do’s & Dont’s

  • We work very hard to keep our ice houses nice for you and ask for the same consideration in return. We ask that you leave the ice house in the same condition as when you arrived. All garbage must be placed in tied garbage bags outside the ice house upon departure. Ice houses will be charged a cleaning fee at our discretion, so please be considerate, as we prefer not to do that. We provide an “ice house courtesy guide” upon arrival. If you have any questions, please just ask, thank you!

  • As the old adage goes, you break it, you buy it. You will be charged for any damaged or missing items via the credit hold for incidentals, or in addition to that if the damage is greater. If you notice anything damaged or missing when you arrive, please notify us immediately.
